Are you passionate about growing a sales career in the IT industry?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Associate for our Edmonton branch to focus on uncovering opportunities, managing accounts and becoming an integral part of our Sales Team!
A Day in the Life:
- Develop relationships with clients/prospects by providing exceptional customer experience and targeting revenue growth opportunities
- Target clients whose business needs match the services provided by Long View resulting in right-fit and sustainable relationships
- Lead qualification and management of the sales cycle through CRM
- Manage and grow sales opportunity pipelines
- Develop territory plans to cover existing and prospective mid-market clients and drive opportunities through sales and marketing initiatives
- Work collaboratively with Long View pre-sales, technical, and operational teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Provide general back-end management of accounts as needed including procurement, consultant scheduling, invoicing & billing requests
- Build strong relationships with vendor partners
What You Bring:
- 1+ years’ experience working in a sales focused role, preferably with technology related sales
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Willingness to maintain and develop knowledge of the IT industry, key business trends and drivers
