The Winnipeg Football Club is seeking a Partnership Activation Coordinator to join our team. The Partnership Activation Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our partnerships with corporate clients and sponsors. A large part of this role will be managing and facilitating all partnerships, suites and loge ticketing deliverables. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with key stakeholders and executing partnership objectives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales and marketing teams, ensuring a seamless activation plan. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and sponsors
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute activation plans for partnerships
- Manage and facilitate all partnerships, suites and loge ticketing requirements
- Coordinate and execute game day and non-game day activations, events and sponsor activations
- Track and report on partnership activations, including ROI metrics and KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service to all partners and stakeholders
- Partnerships Administrative assistance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in partnership activation or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with Archtics is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability and willingness to work evening and weekends required
