Position Overview
- Support inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects
- Handle inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide quality service
- Excellent communication skills required
- Entry-level position with on-the-job paid training
- Prior experience in customer service, tech support, sales, or back-office support a plus
Responsibilities
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues
- Utilize systems and technology for account management tasks
- Recognize sales opportunities and upgrade products and services
- Explain and position products and processes to customers
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to management
- Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
Candidate Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Swift and accurate typing skills (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
- Highly reliable with good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- Conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and patience
- Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with team and customers
Conditions Of Employment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada
- Level II background and/or security investigation required
- Job offers contingent on background/security investigation results
