Aliments Pasta&Pizza Romana Looking for Head Accountant at Montreal, Quebec, Canada Full Time

We are looking for a head accountant experienced, bilingual, hand-on, tech savvy to join us.

Responsibilities

1. Execute month end closing procedures;
2. Bank Reconciliations for all entities;
3. Sale tax filing and follow up with the government to make sure the refund is collected on time;
4. Oversee the ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable;
5. Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly;
6. Lead all audit work and be the main point of contact for external auditors, banking institutions;
7. Provide operational, administrative and governmental reports;
8. Experience in multiple business management and consolidations;

Qualifications

1. Perfectly bilingual;
2. Self-motivated, hand-on, sense of responsibility, able to work in fast paced environment;
3. Accounting bachelor background, CPA will be an asset;
4. Has at least 3 years over related experience
5. Has manufacturing company background
6. Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
7. Advanced MS excel knowledge( familiarity with formulas, vlookup and pivot tables)
