Our Customer Service/Technical Sales Representative is a critical component to Exco’s day to day operations. They are the liaison between the clients and the production facility. They provide a communication to the client in regards to production, quality, technical recommendations, and customer satisfaction. The position does require on site client visits to ensure the highest level of customer service and technical expertise is withheld for the customer.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Work with engineering staff to increase first run rates on extrusion dies sold to Exco’s customers through improved die design rules based on customer feedback trends.
Work with customers via phone conversations and e-mail to maintain good customer relations and consistent feedback.
Participate in skills improvement for both yourself and other Exco employees through root cause analysis and problem solving of our processes and designs.
Provide customers with product information as required
Provide customers with pricing information/quotes as required.
Attend sales meetings at Exco locations.

7. Travel to visit customers as necessary. No more than 10% travel for the first year of employment.

Requirements:

Education: HS Degree or Equivalent.

3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing setting / Aluminum Extrusion Setting.

Previous customer service experience a plus.

Must have experience with MS Office and proficient with typing and emailing.

Experience with Auto-Cad a must.

Willingness to travel.

Must have a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and manage more than one project at a time.
