Our client in Thornhill is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team.

What will you be doing?
- Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Reconcile assigned General Ledger accounts
- Review aging of assigned accounts and action items to ensure payment of outstanding receivables
- Actively investigate and resolve discrepancies for incoming payments
- Process disbursements
- Analyze and clear bank discrepancies
- Prepare bank deposits
- Other clerical duties as assigned
What do you bring?
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advance Excel skills)
- Insurance and/or Travel Industry knowledge is considered an asset
- Ability to work accurately with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
Must be able to adhere to vaccination policy and clear background check.
