We are looking for an EXTRAORDINARY LEADER. The Operations Manager reports to the Director of Allied Health and is accountable for leading the Allied Health Team in their respecitve regions.
The Allied Health Operations Manager will manage contractual obligations to the highest standards of quality service; ensure the performance of the therapist meets the standards of CarePartners, the HCCSS and their professional standards; develop and strengthen business relationships, support new business opportunities and provide clinical practice oversight across provincial operations. The Manager will also be responsible for operational and leadership functions including meeting performance targets, onboarding and orientation of new team members, and continued mentorship, teaching, and performance management of teams.
We have an opening available for a dynamic leader to join our team in the position of Operations Manager, Allied Health for the province.
This position can be based in our Waterloo, ON office with flexibility to work remotely a portion of the time, and may include travel throughout the across the regions.

In addition to providing home-based health care, CarePartners also serves the community through clinics, transitional care units, and provides relief in retirement homes and shared care settings. Through our Community Nursing Services outreach program, we’ve been organizing staff-led medical care and clinics in countries with poor access to health care since 2009.
