Where do you fit in?

We are looking to bring on a Customer Success Manager to the ReviewStudio team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact with many of our customers, while delivering strategies to nurture long-term customer relationships. As part of a growing team, this role will involve a wide range of sales and customer service tasks, so being open, creative, and collaborative are essential.

You should be comfortable presenting and demoing to potential customers, responding to technical inquiries, sharing feedback and ideas with marketing and product teams, and playing a key role in growing our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the inbound lead funnel to improve conversion rates.
• Deliver demos and training sessions to attract new customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers on trials to promote adoption.
• Follow up at regular intervals with existing customers to promote retention.
• Assist in handling ongoing support requests.
• Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to deliver collateral addressing customer needs.
• Track and report on key customer issues and requests to inform product roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to enhance lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and own the Customer Success roadmap – improving customer retention and upgrades.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute an outbound sales strategy to expand SaaS and enterprise adoption in key markets.

Ideal candidate:

• Has 5+ years’ experience in a customer success role.
• Experience in sales/customer services, preferably in B2B/SaaS, with a demonstrated ability to understand a B2B buying cycle, and how to network effectively.
• Strong data and analytical skills.
• Flexible skill set and self-starter (ie bringing new ideas to the table, curious).
• Demonstrated comfort with presenting online and offline, and ability to clearly express technical ideas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Nice to have: Experience working with creative service departments or organizations.
• Nice to have: Being fluent in multiple languages (particularly French, German and/or Spanish).
