Role:
Our Client is currently seeking an experienced #100361 Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract) in Edmonton, AB starting on or around April 2022 for a 12 month contract. There is a strong potential for extension at the client’s discretion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant (or equivalent) providing full cycle recruitment activities including, but not limited to: creating job descriptions, reviewing/screening resumes, facilitating interviews, maintaining documentation, and conducting reference checks. Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking system (SuccessFactors, Bullhorn, etc) would be an asset. Strong time management and positive attitude is required. All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Mandatory:
· 3 years of experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· 2 years experience of full cycle recruitment: creating job descriptions, screening resumes, facilitating interviews, maintaining documentation, conducting reference checks
· 2 years of experience working in a role that requires exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
· 2 years of experience working in a role that required time management and organizational skills, the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and be detail oriented.
· Must be eligible to work in Canada.
Desirable (Nice to Have):
Education (must have 1 of the following combinations):
· Degree in HR or related area OR Diploma + 2 years related experience OR Certificate + 3 years related experience
