As ATB’s next Senior Director, Integration & Onboarding, you will focus on achieving business results, team member engagement and client obsession by leading a team of high performing and specialized cash management and deposit experts that manage the client experience during the integration and onboarding of a complex suite of Business solutions including payments, channels, pooling, Managed File Transfer (MFT), and others.
You will be instrumental in positively differentiating ATB in the market by ensuring the team is all-in with clients, providing exceptional client experiences that contribute to the long term relationship and loyalty of ATB clients. You will lead teams of experts that support the complex and diverse solutions of ATB Business Solutions including payments, merchant services, and cash and treasury management. You will also contribute to the creation and direction of the overall Business Solutions strategy with a goal of creating a world-class client experience for ATB Business customers.
You bring an expert level of product and system knowledge that is best-in-class at ATB and have a direct influence over the customer and team member experience. As a key stakeholder representing ATB Business Solutions and ATB Business clients, you will contribute to the development of enhancements and new products as well as the operational and risk management of the technical and integration experience for teammates and clients. You will partner with key stakeholders across ATB including Business Solutions Sales and SME teams, Client Experience & Technology, Banking Ops, Client Care and EFS business clients, acting as a trusted advisor and important voice of customers and teammates.
Requirements
To really thrive and be successful in this role, we’d love for you to come to the table with:
- 10-15+ years of Financial Institution experience and recognized industry reputation with a specific focus on payments, cash management and transaction banking or equivalent, with proven technical and project management experience
- 5+ years direct leadership management & people management experience
- Completion of CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) Designation is an asset
- Expert knowledge of Treasury Management, Payments Canada Rules and Investment vehicles
- SAP Systems knowledge including Banking Services and Payment Engine
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
- Previous experience working with clients from different industries including business and IT resources, director-level or other above
- Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholders
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Canadian finance/banking regulations and Payments Canada guidelines
- Change Management skills and previous experience in change management is preferred
- Excellent working knowledge and ability to support all ATB systems
- Advanced knowledge of Google Suite of products and Microsoft Suite of products
- Solid understanding of Business Products, market, technology, and holds relationships with contacts in related markets
- Experience in electronic delivery products and services and associated technologies
- Knowledge of third party accounting software and enterprise resource planning systems
- Strong research, analytical and interpretive skills
- Strong understanding of databases, system integration and transactional processing
- Demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships both virtually and in person
