What you will do:

In this role, you will:

• Effectively and efficiently manage full-cycle recruitment efforts across assigned searches
• Sourcing candidates via various means (LinkedIn, database, and research)
• Build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers to understand their team needs now and in the future, supporting them by ensuring they are equipped to identify and assess high-performing talent
• Establish a pipeline of candidates for open roles with regular communication
• Manage an application tracking system and job postings, including working with the hiring manager to create job descriptions
• Provide regular updates to the leadership team on the status of requisitions, any blockers and plans for mitigation
• Help maintain Blinkmoon’s social media presence on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

You bring the following to the table:

• 5+ years of either in-house or agency recruitment experience, ideally for the gaming and entertainment industries
• Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and to prioritize accordingly
• Top-notch networking, communication, and relationship skills on and offline
• Highly energized and motivated to drive the recruitment process
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in G-Suite, ATS (i.e. BambooHR, Jobvite, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter
