Role Overview:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s narrative and driving our marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for managing our presence across various social media platforms, crafting compelling marketing strategies, editing engaging videos, creating impactful PR content, curating website content, and optimizing SEO to enhance our online visibility. Your expertise will be critical in implementing funnel marketing techniques and creating newsletters that resonate with our audience. We are looking for a strategist, and a doer.
You will be working directly with the Founder and leading the brand and online presence of the business.
The role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and curate engaging content across all social media platforms, fostering community engagement and brand awareness.
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our brand story and business goals.
· Create and edit captivating videos that convey our message effectively to our target audience.
· Craft PR content that showcases our value proposition and resonates with media outlets.
· Manage and update website content to ensure accurate and engaging information for visitors.
· Develop and send out impactful mailing newsletters to keep our audience informed and engaged.
· Implement SEO optimization strategies to enhance our website’s search engine visibility.
· Utilize funnel marketing techniques to drive conversions and user engagement.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with our team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and social media platforms.
· Experience with video editing tools and creating engaging visual content.
· Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling PR content and newsletters.
· Familiarity with Squarespace or similar website content management systems.
· Proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
· Creative mindset, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
