Responsibilities Of An Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Representative
- Handle inbound calls and provide customer support, help desk assistance, and back-office processing
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and resolve customer problems
- Build strong relationships with customers and represent well-known brands professionally
- Utilize systems and technology for account management tasks
- Recognize sales opportunities and upgrade products and services
Qualifications For The Position
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Swift and accurate typing skills (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
- Highly reliable with punctuality and regular attendance

Physical Requirements
- This job operates in a professional office environment
- Largely sedentary position with long periods of sitting/standing while using a computer and telephone headset
- Regular operation of a computer, phone, copier, and printer
