If you are looking for a company which strives for growth and dedicates their commitment to delivering customer satisfaction, we would love to connect with you.*Position Summary:*We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of a Safety and Compliance Coordinator out of our terminal in Brampton!This opportunity would be an exceptional entry level position for a person interested in becoming involved in the supply chain, logistical and transportation fields. The main purpose of this position would be to take a lead role in coordinating maintenance on multiple pieces of equipment.*Hours: Monday to Friday Day Shift 8:30am to 5:00pm**Position Responsibilities:** Responsible for ensuring compliance with Hours of Service, ELD’s.* Responsible for the administration/investigation of all accidents;* Responsible for driver data management and data entry into our Driver Database – CollectiveData;* Responsible for licensing of equipment (tractors & trailers);* Monitor and maintain CVOR/NIR;* Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of all driver files;* Maintain monthly and weekly reports surrounding compliance and data management;* Assist in driver recruitment and orientation process for owner-operators* Assist in new driver orientation for all new hires;* Other duties as assigned.*Qualifications and Skills** Previous safety and compliance experience within the Trucking industry is *an asset.** GeoTab System experience considered *an asset.** Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.* Must maintain high levels of organization and communication.* Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.* Ability to work in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines.*What does Speedy Transport have to offer?** _*Benefits*_* _*RRSP’s + Company Matching*_* _*Profit Sharing Program*_* _*Family Oriented Culture*_* _*Opportunity for Growth*_* _*+ more!*_#MPJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $37,440.00-$42,500.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental care* Extended health care* Life insurance* On-site parking* Paid time off* Profit sharing* RRSP match* Vision careSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:* Overtime payExperience:* Safety/Compliance: 1 year (preferred)* Transportation Industry: 1 year (required)Work Location: In person
