FEILD BOSS is the only field service management solution built within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and specifically for the HVAC and elevator industry. From field to finance, FIELDBOSS works directly out-of-the-box and provides complete visibility into every aspect of service performance.

Role Description

This is a remote role for a FIELDBOSS service management solution expert. The FIELDBOSS service management solution expert will be responsible for analyzing the software needs of clients, configuring software applications, building customizations and workflows, training end-users, providing post-installation support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with FIELDBOSS service management solution implementations
• Thorough understanding of field service and inventory management processes
• Demonstrated proficiency in configuring and customizing FIELDBOSS service management solution
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software and system issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide end-user training and support
• Certifications in FIELDBOSS service management solution is a plus
