Immediate Opening:
Service Advisors interact with customers and interpret their concerns to the technicians. Their duties include answering customers’ inquires, making needs based product suggestions and recommendations, and welcoming customers upon their arrival.
Our Advisor team is responsible for providing the customer with a positive customer experience and leading to strong customer satisfaction and retention.
Job duties include:
A prompt and Professional Greeting to the Customer
Check In the customer based on their appointment requests
Review Vehicle Service and Maintenance History
Provide needs base recommendations and overcome objections
Document any declined services
Provide realistic timeline and costs for the repairs to be completed
Offer transportation options
Provide updates throughout the repair process
Provide communication with the technicians and the parts department as required.
Compensation
A guarantee will be offered to start based on qualifications
Base Salary
Commissions
Bonuses
Potential for earning over $100,000 for above average performance
