We are looking for an experienced Construction Handyman.Shift time: 12:00AM to 10:00AM (Monday -Thursday)Wage: $28.00 Per HourLocation: Langley, BC**$150 SIGN ON BONUS INCLUDED FOR THE FIRST 2 WEEKS WORKED**Responsibilities:Detailed DemolitionWorking on Parapet wallsWorking on facingsCleaning the site from debris is including but not limited to.Load and unload building materials and move materials towards working areas.Perform daily site maintenance tasks to ensure to site is clean.Qualifications and Skills:***MUST HAVE AERIAL LIFT TICKET******MUST HAVE FALL PROTECTION TICKET***Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, mitre saw, and jigsaw.Must have their tools and must have their method of transportation.Must have a bank account for direct deposits.Access to company mobile app on any electronic or data-enabled device.This job is also known as/you may be interested in this job if you have experience in the following: Construction Handyman, Service Technician#MGR5
