Setting each of our Bathroom Renovators up for success, personally and professionally
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Train new renovators on Bathroom Design
Create bathroom designs for newly hired renovators until they fully understand the process
Collaborate with Bathroom Renovators and make recommendations of designs
Communicate AGM bathroom renovation process with bathroom renovators
Ensure expected levels of quality standards are maintained through using Quality checklist
Report quality issues to district manager when needed
Maintain various schedules for inspections for multiple locations
Ability to sell upgrades to clients
Requirements:
Design experiences preferably home design/ kitchens and bathroom
Construction knowledge / experience preferably in residential
Ability to establish good working relationships with customers and kitchen renovators
Strong level of communication
Ability to stay on top of schedule
Ability to be on site consistently
Salary + 5% commission
