As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions and resolving any issues they may have. You’ll use your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to provide top-notch customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in our systems
Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer concerns
Providing customers with product and service information
Building customer relationships and maintaining customer loyalty
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer-focused approach and empathy
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM systems
Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for customer service
