QHRtechworx is a boutique search firm. Our client is a global IT Services company in Toronto Canada.
We are currently hiring for the role of a Functional Analyst – Commercial Lending. This role is an onsite role in Toronto, ON.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process Bilateral/Syndicate (Agency Administration/Participated Loans) Commercial Loans Servicing transactions within the agreed timelines & accuracy
- Understanding of Bilateral Loans and activities
- Disbursement, Re-payment processing, Loan Servicing, Interest/Fee Payment, Asset servicing, Agency assignments and transfers, Invoicing of legal fees, Agency fee billing process and other maintenace activities
- Proficient in Applications such as LoanIQ, ACBS and other required applications in Commercial Lending
- Reviewing Loan Agreement made between the Lead/ Agent Bank and the Borrower
- Tracking of the transactions assigned and completion on time
- Daily Reporting of the activities/transactions processed
- Reviewing and clearing of the nostro reconciliation breaks
Skills Required:
- Must have 2 to 4 year of experience into Lending Servicing Operations
- Must have good knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Prior experience in back office operations is an added advantage
- Should have prior experience of working with Banks / NBFCs / BPO
Qualifications:
- Graduates in preferably Accounting and Finance streams
