Community Support Connections Looking for Meals Assistant at Breslau, Ontario, Canada Full Time

12-14 month Contract, Full Time

7:30 am – 3:30 pm- Monday to Friday

The Role: This position supports our Meals on Wheels Program

The successful applicant will assist with program delivery in the following ways:

• In the Meals on Wheels office:
• Assist with the packing of desserts and hot meals for Meals on Wheels delivery
• Prepare items for next day’s delivery
• Data entry of client schedules
• Follow up and confirmation phone calls to clients
• Various other office and data entry duties as required
• Out in the community:
• Deliver Meals on Wheels

Education/Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Valid Driver’s License, clean Driver’s Abstract and daily access to safe, licensed, insured and reliable vehicle for business-related travel
• Current First Aid/CPR training and Safe Food Handling Certificate are assets

Working Hours & Environment

• Monday to Friday
• Computer and telephone use
