Robert Half Looking for Manager – Program Success at North York, Ontario

·        Be the thought leader and the voice of our customer through creating new access to data, new operational processes, and new systems

·        Create and implement process efficiencies and change management strategies for improved program management.

·        Demonstrate strong ownership of all stages of Program Success.

·        Work with Leaders to ensure the internal and external resources are available to successfully complete each project.

·        Monitor operational performance by developing business intelligence tools.

·        Tracking progress against project milestones and holding others accountable for assigned tasks

·        Making recommendation and proactively managing issues as they arise

·        Maintain focus on identifying and managing risks

·        Provide project/program management expertise and mentorship to other areas of the organization

·        Build and implement a framework of systems and processes and processes designed to provide insight and governance to ensure successful completion of large multi-faceted projects and programs.

·        Look to build and create access to data including qualitative and quantitative measures that are relevant, timely and allow Senior Leaders to understand how each program is progressing.

·        Leveraging technology solutions as a preferred method to achieve desired outcome

·        Masters degree or equivalent, MBA strongly preferred

·        Three to five years of similar or related experience in program management

·        Experience working within and across organizations to successfully deliver complex multi-faceted programs and projects.

·        Demonstrated ability to build new systems, processes and governance from the ground up combining structure with a vision of how each of these work together to achieve the end goal.

·        Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate with key stakeholders including Senior Leaders and Peers across the organization.

·        An interest in technology and with interest and experience in establishing and automating processes and systems

·        Being curious and willing to get to the root cause of issues

·        Interested in innovation, technology and new ways of achieving desired outcomes

·        Track record of successful program and project completion
