We have an opening for a full time Front Counter Parts Advisor. As the face of the Parts Department, you will be responsible for helping customers, internal and external, in person, over the phone and via email. You will become the go to person for the parts business!
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of dealership experience – Ford experience an ASSET.
- Strong knowledge of parts – tires, accessories, and aftermarket options
- CDK experience
- Demonstrated ability to work with automotive parts vendors
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, problem solving skills
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Motivated to succeed and grow
Responsibilities
- Provide top notch customer service to both internal and external customers
- Keeping current with all the latest and greatest aftermarket accessories
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of inventory – parts, accessories and tires
- Knowing which suppliers to order from when working on a deadline
- Prepare estimates and order parts and accessories under tight time constraints
- Create, maintain, and stock the retail parts and accessories display

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.50-$22.50 per hour
