Bombardier Looking for Supv, Training & Development at Canada Full Time

In your role, you will

• Report to the Montreal Organizational Learning Manager

• Be responsible of a team of 14 technical learning advisors distributed in the manufacturing sites in Montreal

• Supervise daily management of team deliverables

• Balance workload among the different team members

• Prioritize deliverable in collaboration with learning business partners

• Implement mechanisms to assure the quality of our training programs and the way they are delivered

• Do “go and see” in production areas to follow the team activities

• Do recommendation on hiring and assignment of new employees based on the team experience

• Act on KPIs of the function

• Participate to strategic decisions regarding competency management in Montreal sites

As our ideal candidate

• You have a minimum of 8 years of work experience in manufacturing and/or project management and/or training and/or leadership

• You have a college or university degree in Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Development and/or training management

• You have good analytical skills, are organized, flexible and results-driven

• You can work in French and in English (oral and written)

• You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
