In your role, you will
Report to the Montreal Organizational Learning Manager
Be responsible of a team of 14 technical learning advisors distributed in the manufacturing sites in Montreal
Supervise daily management of team deliverables
Balance workload among the different team members
Prioritize deliverable in collaboration with learning business partners
Implement mechanisms to assure the quality of our training programs and the way they are delivered
Do “go and see” in production areas to follow the team activities
Do recommendation on hiring and assignment of new employees based on the team experience
Act on KPIs of the function
Participate to strategic decisions regarding competency management in Montreal sites
As our ideal candidate
You have a minimum of 8 years of work experience in manufacturing and/or project management and/or training and/or leadership
You have a college or university degree in Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Development and/or training management
You have good analytical skills, are organized, flexible and results-driven
You can work in French and in English (oral and written)
You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
