We’re looking for a professional, friendly administrative assistant. Your primary job will be to serve as a transaction coordinator. You will be talking with sellers, buyers, and escrow to move transactions to the finish line.
Additionally, we are looking for an admin assistant to help us organize our database of clients and help hire acquisition managers to work with us.
Job seekers should have superb organizational skills and love talking to people.
