The Purpose of the Role
The Salesforce Analyst FCC, reporting to the Director, Business and Application Support, FCC, is responsible for continually improving and enhancing the FCC Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, and designing best practice solutions. The incumbent is required to have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Salesforce Analyst should understand all aspects of user management including support tickets training and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority. The role works closely with other team members within FCC to align with FCC’s Divisional and Organizational goals
What You Will Do
Technical support
Application process and business analysis.
Deliver seamless customer service through teamwork and collaboration.
Using continuous improvement methodologies, continually searches for and takes initiative to improve and/or eliminate ineffective processes to improve customer service or gain efficiencies.
