Home office location for this position is Regina, SK, Canada.
This is a technical and business development position within the Power Business Unit of Hatch. It provides an opportunity for professional growth to the selected individual within the thermal power business unit by engaging in business development and project execution for studies, detailed design and owner’s engineering work for utilities, industrial clients, and independent power producers.
The incumbent should be highly knowledgeable of the Power Industry in Canada and the key players and contacts. The incumbent should be a mechanical engineer with process experience including gas turbines, steam turbines, boilers, piping and thermal cycle system designs. Operations, construction, and commissioning experience is highly desired. Engineering office design work and leadership is required. Project Management Professional registration and/or PM Program experience is preferred. Interpersonal skills and personnel management experience and abilities are key attributes.
