We are adding a new Administrative Assistant to our growing team.

The essential skills for this job are excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, work in a fast pace environment, being self-driven, great communication ability and customer service orientation.

The ability to work independently while coordinating with other team members in a consultative manner will be important in ensuring success in this role. The ideal candidate should be able to adapt to changing business requirements, and deliver on required daily tasks/ad-hoc requests.

Candidates with experience in healthcare and/or administration would all be well suited for this position.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong Organizational skills
• Experience in self-managing tasks and workflow
• Must be detail-oriented, fast, accurate and organized
• Coordinating multiple customer files
• Understanding customers’ needs and problems and providing resolutions
• Working with deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service driven and a team player

This is an ideal position for a recent university graduate entering the workforce, or to have administrative experience in healthcare setting.

Preference will be given to those with customer service experience and/or administrative experience.
