We are looking for a TOP Parts Manager in the industry who are ready to build a long-term career playing a key role in the management of parts, inventory and warehouse function of our operation. Job Description
We are looking to hire a Parts Manager that brings knowledge, leadership and positivity to the team, everyday!
Primary Job Functions
- Develop and manage employee performance through training, coaching, evaluations, and succession planning
- Implement workflow procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor parts sales (open orders, estimates, and contracts)
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage inventory control (cycle counts, excess returns, emergency/critical orders, obsolescence)
- Assist in the annual strategic and budget plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience working in a parts department
- Journeyman Parts Technician ticket
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills to determine appropriate actions
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
