THE ROLE : The Data Analysis Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the team and optimize with a human centered approach. The person in this role is expected to have knowledge and experience with XLI data collection, analysis and reporting. As the Supervisor of the team, you will oversee the team and be responsible for the quality of the deliverables and the efficiency of analysis staff. You will be expected to drive continuous improvement in workflow, Analysis KPI metrics, and foster an environment where staff can learn new skills and are supported to cross-train. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
· Overseeing the corrosion data analysis team and making sure the direct reports meet performance expectations. (6 fulltime Analysts in North America + 1 contract Analyst in North America + 1 fulltime Analyst in Manila)
· Tracking and reporting operational/project metrics, aka Corrosion Data Analysis KPIs, that monitor the efficiency of corrosion data analysis staff and on-time results delivery.
· Responsible for the quality and on-time delivery of corrosion data analysis results/reports.
· Communicating internally within the business the application of XLI and interpretation of results.
· Ensuring staff development.
· Ensuring great customer service at all levels and supporting customer satisfaction for XLI clients.
o Optimizing through continuous improvement the analysis workflows, XLI data collection, metrics, and resources.
· Fostering collaboration within Assessment Services (for example, Software department) and within the AMG (for example on multi-technology project deliverables).
· Fostering a safe and healthy work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS :
· The position requires expert knowledge in XLI application/corrosion analysis with 10+ years’ of progressively responsible professional experience.
· Education and certification from the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) in Direct Assessment (ECDA.SCCDA/ICDA)
· Petroleum Engineering Technology Diploma is preferred.
· Knowledge of Cathodic Protection is beneficial.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Eye for detail and accuracy.
· Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
· Ability to lead as well as working part of a team.
· Continuous improvement mindset.
· Proactive problem-solving approach that puts client relations/needs/deliverables first.
· Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
