Ellement Consulting Group is a national provider of integrated Retirement, Benefit, Actuarial, and Investment Consulting, as well as Administration Services for retirement and benefit programs, and retirement and benefit software solutions for internally administered organizations.

We currently have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Investment Reporting, you will be supporting an investment team that provides high quality investment services to multiple clients. You would be responsible for administrative duties relating to the investment team members and consultants. As an Administrative Assistant, you must be professional and highly organized, have excellent communication skills, with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work autonomously.

Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities

• Data aggregation.
• Send information requests and respond to basic email inquiries.
• Ability to navigate web portals to download reports.
• Schedule management (logging meetings, maintaining meeting calendars)
• Records and file management (electronic); receiving and organizing information received via email, downloading and saving documents in adherence with the investment department’s file structure.
• Assemble (print, bind, put on letterhead) investment reports, proposals, presentations, memos, and other documents.
• Complete forms and paperwork, drafting or revising correspondence to clients.
• Provide general administrative support, such as typing, data entry, photocopying, filing, scanning, etc., as required.
• Contribute to the team effort by completing other necessary administrative duties.

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to maintain professionalism while working in a team environment.
• Minimum one (1) year of previous relevant work experience (administrative/office role).
• Strong file and records management skills.
• Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy of work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to set and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality related to private business matters.
