The Role

The Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement is seeking a talented Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving process excellence through Lean Six Sigma initiatives and making a significant impact on organization’s transformational goals. The Continuous Improvement Analyst must have strong organizational and analytical skills, and an eye for detail, to identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. In collaboration with the Senior Manager and other stakeholders, the analyst will recommend solutions, oversee their implementation, and ensure they are delivered on-time and successfully.

The Continuous Improvement Analyst will be responsible for the delivery and support of process improvement initiatives; supporting Cymax Group in accelerating improvements and change inclusive of process optimization, automation, simplification and establishing Continuous Improvement culture. CI Analyst will have passion for Problem Solving and making things better.

Who You Are

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Lean Six Sigma or related continuous improvement areas
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
• Lean / LSS Green Belt trained and accredited by a recognized organization
• Experience in project management. They should be comfortable working with a team and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Process Mapping skills (Value Stream Mapping, Functional Process Mapping) and experienced with diagramming tools including Visio.
• Strong client facilitation and coaching skills (e.g., workshops, Kaizen sessions)
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Data collection, analysis, visualization, finding and presenting insights
• Intermediate to advanced experience of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Business reporting and presentation skills.
• Project management, Change Management, Stakeholder Management and coordination experience.
• Experience with visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau is an asset.
• Experience and knowledge in SQL programming is an asset.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct end to end process analysis and identify areas of improvement. Leverage Lean Six Sigma/Project Management/Automation/ Data Analytics to deliver transformative change.
• Lead and manage process improvement projects from start to finish.
• Assist with the documentation of end to end processes via Functional Process Maps & Value Stream Mapping to drive waste reduction.
• Transfer knowledge and train others in Lean Six Sigma techniques & thinking.
• Leverage and implement Change Management principles for successful delivery & acceptance of Transformational Change.
• Ability to align and collaborate with cross functional teams & multiple stakeholders to execute effective and efficient rollout of critical business changes.
• Monitor and evaluate process improvement initiatives for effectiveness.
• Track and report on process improvement metrics.
• Collaborate with the PMP to ensure successful project delivery.
