Role: Associate – Strategic Finance
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented candidate to join our Strategic Finance team as a Junior Associate/Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in our financial planning and analysis, contributing to the growth of Elemy as we expand our services to more families across the nation.
Who You Are:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or accounting.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or operations is preferred.
Attention to Detail: You are highly detail-oriented, ensuring financial data and analysis accuracy.
Analytical Skills: You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret financial information effectively.
Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, conveying complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability: Able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
Data Interpretation: Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights and provide recommendations.
Reporting: Generate clear and concise financial reports, contributing to the overall financial strategy of Elemy.
Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments, providing financial insights to aid in business development.
Problem Solving: Address financial challenges by identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions.
