We are looking for a Parts Manager to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in Kyle, SK. The successful candidate will lead a team who ensures customer satisfaction and will be responsible for the day to day management of the parts team.

Responsibilities:

• Customer focused product support.
• Parts sales efficiency.
• Departmental profitability and overall department performance.
• Market, plan and initiate all parts department functions.
• Assist with the attraction, retention and effective engagement of department personnel.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in Parts Department operations, experience leading and developing others, and exemplary customer service skills.
• Or hold a current Parts Manager role, or are a senior Parts Technician looking to guide significant growth and development of a department.
• Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products would be ideal.
