As a Parts Counter Sales Representative you add value to the customer experience by going the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. You proactively offer additional solutions to meet the customer’s future needs, receive and deliver parts and accessories while building strong relationships. Working with a team of Parts Representatives you strive towards creating a welcoming environment with a well-organized showroom, promotions and stock.

A successful candidate for a Parts Counter Sales Representative meets the following qualifications:

• Accurate data entry/keyboarding skills with a mind for numbers
• Parts and machinery knowledge, John Deere agriculture preferred
• Experience with John Deere computer applications a strong asset
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• 1 – 2 years experience at an agriculture dealership a strong asset; previous parts or warehouse experience preferred
• Fork lift license preferred
• Driver’s license required
