Overall Responsibilities:
As an TSR Onboarding Lead on the Cloud Support Learning & Development team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a strategy to publish onboarding for Cloud Support agents and coordinating between high level stakeholders and SMEs to publish courses (both technical and non-technical). You will drive queue readiness by analyzing learner feedback, quality assurance data and case performance metrics to identify knowledge and skills gaps, engaging with stakeholder teams such as Vendor Management Operations and Technical Solutions Engineering to close these gaps.

· Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive change at all levels within an organization.
