The Senior Manager, Real Estate Operations & Relationship Management is responsible for overseeing the Facilities and Office Production Services teams within Real Estate Operations. The Senior Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the strategic and tactical premises needs of the global Teachers’ portfolio, optimizing occupancy and optimally leading an unified Workplace Experience for the business. Accountabilities include financial management, budgeting, property management across multiple offices, lease administration, and contract service level monitoring. The Senior Manager is also responsible for helping to support relationship management with internal partners and many service providers.

Lead the Real Estate Operations Relationship Management with business leads by developing, encouraging and maintaining strong collaborative working relationships with all clients globally:
Leads the Facilities Operations & Office Production Services teams globally, handling complex issues referred by operational management or staff such as issues impacting user efficiency, comfort and wellbeing
