Job Description:
We are seeking a Clinical Operations Manager (Western Qualified) with a background in clinical sports medicine to lead and oversee the operations of 7 clinics and rehabilitation centers. The Clinical Operations Manager will play a vital role in developing and training clinical team members, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and efficiently managing the daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Excellence:
· Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure the highest quality of patient care and adherence to clinical sports medicine standards.
· Oversee the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices.
Team Development:
· Recruit, train, and mentor clinical team members, including physicians, therapists, and support staff.
· Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Operational Efficiency:
· Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of 7 clinics and a rehabilitation center.
· Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to enhance operational performance.
Patient Experience:
· Ensure a patient-centric approach in all clinic operations, striving for exceptional patient experiences.
· Address patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
· Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
· Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to maintain high clinical and service standards.
Resource Management:
· Manage clinic budgets, including resource allocation and cost control measures.
· Oversee procurement of necessary medical equipment and supplies.
Reporting and Analysis:
· Prepare and present regular reports on clinic performance, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency to senior management.
· Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
Strategic Planning:
· Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for clinical operations and expansion.
· Identify growth opportunities and potential new service offerings.
Qualifications:
· Degree in Clinical Sports Medicine, Medicine, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
· Proven experience in clinical sports medicine and clinic management, with a strong track record of improving clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
· Leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and inspire clinical teams.
· Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
