Position Summary:

As a Performance Tester with Our Client, you will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and reporting engineering, performance, and functional tests for electric propulsion systems in tomorrow’s electric vehicles (EVs)

Responsibilities:

• Support engineering, performance, and functional tests on dynamometer benches.
• Pre-test:Provide technical support to program teams for test plan and procedure development.
• Prepare and create necessary test sequences.
• During the test:Assist test technicians in executing test sequences.
• Offer technical expertise in troubleshooting motor and drive products.
• Post-test:Review test data to ensure successful test completion.
• Write and review test reports.
• Collaborate with program teams in case of test failures.
• Perform other related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant testing experience.
• Proficiency in data acquisition software (e.g., LabView, TestStand).
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, accelerometers, etc.
• Strong communication skills for effective conveyance of technical topics.
• Demonstrated autonomy, resourcefulness, and proactive problem-solving.
• Professional working knowledge of English.
