- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
- Reliable and punctual with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer service oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Prior experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support
- Additional certifications or training in related fields
