Job Role: We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Outreach Representative to join our dynamic team. This role primarily involves cold-calling potential customers, educating them about our services, and driving sales numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential customers, educating them about Invictus’s offerings and persuading them to avail our services.
• Maintain accurate records of your outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve strategies.
• Report directly to the manager regarding sales numbers and feedback.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated with the company’s offerings and sales techniques.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
