The Mandate
On a daily basis, the incumbent of this position will ensure a warm welcome and orientation to all customers who enter and call at BMW / MINI Montreal Centre. As the first point of contact for customers, the employee in this key position will act as a representative of the brand. This person must respond to the needs of customers, but go beyond them by showing listening, courtesy, professionalism and proactivity. In addition, the coordinator will be called upon to carry out administrative tasks related to sales.

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure a warm welcome to all customers;
- Take incoming front-line calls and ensure call return and follow-up;
- Keep the appointment database up to date within the new and used sales department;
- Communicate with the sales department for follow-up appointments;
- Ensure fluidity in the management of sales representatives’ turn-taking;
- Showroom management (keeping the environment clean, ensuring all customers are answered, etc.);
- Save payment data and print receipts;
- See to the sending of mail as well as its distribution if necessary;
- Perform any other job-related task.
Requirements
- To be bilingual ;
- Have customer service at heart;
- Have a keen sense of problem solving;
- Have experience taking high volume calls;
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

- Schedule 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Salary: $19.50 per hour
