The Mandate
On a daily basis, the incumbent of this position will ensure a warm welcome and orientation to all customers who enter and call at BMW / MINI Montreal Centre. As the first point of contact for customers, the employee in this key position will act as a representative of the brand. This person must respond to the needs of customers, but go beyond them by showing listening, courtesy, professionalism and proactivity. In addition, the coordinator will be called upon to carry out administrative tasks related to sales.
