You will be working alongside experienced mentors to help develop our sales pipeline as a lead generation specialist. You’ll be qualifying inbound leads, prospecting in target verticals, having consultative conversations with D & C-level executives, and working with our company leadership to support buyers through the sales journey. This is a sales role where you deliver results, and get coached as needed, but are otherwise left to do your work as you see fit measured in results (deal pipeline created). You’ll have the latest and greatest sales tools to empower you to do your job, and a great team to collaborate with and help you.

What do we expect from you?
Role and Responsibilities
1. Nurturing Success Factors:
- Conduct discovery calls with inbound leads (demo, trial, quote & asset conversions)
- Take ownership to follow-up on marketing qualified leads (from webinars, roundtables, conferences, etc.)
- Build product knowledge and reference success stories through reviews alongside customer success team members
- Bridge best practices to prospect pain points, sharing insights and relevant education
- Qualify and book product demonstrations with our experts
- Manage service opportunities with customer success and technical support
2. Prospecting Success Factors:
- Generate 6-10 new qualified meetings monthly within 3 months
- Establish repeatable outbound processes that deliver results
- Execute engagement campaigns with sales & marketing
- Engage leads directly over various channels (email, call and LinkedIn)
- Orchestrate conversations of leads with internal experts (discovery to demo)

- Good pay – base range $60-65k / 100K+ OTE comp
- Commissions for booked meetings and % on closed outbound deals, no cap
