Aurora Reproductive Care is a state-of-the-art fertility clinic located in the River Landing area (River Centre I) in heart of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. As the province’s only comprehensive reproductive health care facility, our mission is to provide the highest quality, compassionate reproductive health care possible in a comfortable, welcoming, and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Pre clinic visit preparation and contact with patients
• Booking appointments
• Greeting and registering patients
• Receive / issue payments and submit billing in NetSuite
• Scan, fax and file incoming as well as outgoing documents in Accuro
• Triage incoming telephone calls / emails from patients
• Manage patient referral and tracking of referrals
• Data entry

Qualifications:

• The candidate will enjoy a fast paced varied workday.
• You must be highly organized
• Possess excellent computer skills, exceptional communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• A team environment is highly valued but must work well independently.
• Medical Administrative Assistant course diploma or equivalent training is required.
• Minimum three to five years experience required.
• Accuro or similar EMR experience is an asset.
• Basic accounting skills would be beneficial.
