We are searching for a Print Production/Mailroom Clerk to work on-site 5 days a week at our client’s Toronto office. Here’s your chance to join the team of an industry leader!
Duties may include but are not limited to:
– Provide support to all Client Associates as needed
– Sort and deliver mail
– Maintain copy machines; clear jams and add paper as needed
– Support training of new employees, as required
– Support administrative tasks, as required
– Communicate all process opportunities identified during support period to Site Lead and Manager
– Provide operational support for print, mail, courier, and imaging equipment and operations
– Operate digital print equipment
– Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished product
Qualifications:
– Above average interpersonal and communication skills (this role will interact at all levels within the organization)
– Clear criminal background check
– Knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and/or any other data-entry or CRM tools
– Flexibility to adapt to various client environments in an organized and professional manner
– Ability to work independently or in a team environment
– Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds (may need to get out a box of paper – this is not sustained lifting), ability to be on your feet up to 80% of your day
– Experience in a Print Shop Environment or Mailroom – an asset
– Ability and willingness to learn and develop
