This is a rotational position with a work schedule of two weeks on, two weeks off.
The Construction Coordinator is a field based position and is responsible for:
- Supporting other members of the construction management team (CMT) with the overall objective of safely and efficiently executing construction work
- Coordinating activities between the CMT and contractor personnel with the use of computer based systems and moblie field devices
- Supporting the CMT members by logging and tracking action items, keeping digital records and general admin support as required
- Supporting the CMT members by liaising with engineering personnel
- Conducting weekly review of construction schedules that are submitted by contractors and coordinate feedback from discipline superintendents within the CMT
- Work with the CMT and contractors to validate claimed schedule progress and raise any discrepancies to the Construction Manager for resolution
- Track and calculate construction productivity
Salary: Open to wage negotiations based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in the construction field is considered an asset
- Prior experience working with mobile devices including field tablets
