Job Description Responsibilities include all invoicing/billing to customers and assisting with full cycle accounting in the preparation of financial statements. Other responsibilities include reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis as required. Accounting/Billing
- RESUME A MUST***
Prepare daily billing for customers.
Prepare special billing reports or requirements for customers.
Prepare month end journal entries.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
Maintain prepaid expense schedules.
Maintain depreciation schedules.
Maintain daily bank reconciliations.
Post and reconcile credit card charges.
Separate the daily mail and scan invoices for FA to process.
Verify and enter all expense transactions through Amex.
Reports & Analysis:
Prepare daily bank activity report.
Perform various financial analysis as directed by Director of Finance.
Other:
Back up role for A/P and A/R.
Ad-hoc project assigned by Director of Finance.
Assist With Filing And Other Administrative Responsibilities As Required.
Prepare Hobart summary report for FA.
Prepare Hobart Detail report for Tina.
Daily cheques deposit to bank account via scan deposit system.
Projects/Initiatives:
- Assist with data analysis as required by management.
- Clean up old orders in accrual reports.
- Assist with maintenance of A/R reports, write-off orders which should not billed to customer and orders were not bill correctly.
