Account Payable Specialist – Midtown Toronto – High Rise Developer – up to $75,000

The Accounts Payable Specialist is primarily responsible for collecting, organizing, processing and paying project-related and overhead invoices in an efficient and timely manner. The successful candidate works closely with our Project Management team and is the primary point of contact for trades and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Posting Purchase Orders
• Analyzing draw percentages for projects and ensure complete invoices
• Collecting and preparing documents for payment reviews
• Setting up Monthly payment runs
• Reconciling trade and supplier account statements
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with trades and suppliers
• Filing and maintaining all records related to Accounts Payable

This role requires the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity. You can analyze transactions. You are attentive to detail and highly organized and can meet deadlines. Additionally, you should have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Accounts Payable in the high-rise development sector.
