The Benefits Coordinator provides administrative and reporting support to Human Resources Department projects and daily work, including to the Director of Recruitment and Retention, Human Resources Managers, Abilities Specialist, and Program Managers on activities such as: Benefits, records management, and employee relations. They provide administrative support for the benefits and entitlements programs offered by Christian Horizons and provide support on benefits matters to employees and leaders at the organization. The Benefits Coordinator develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending courses of action. Working on a team within the HR Department, they seek to promote, analyze, and assist with effective Human Resources practices for the best interests of all employees and people using services within Christian Horizons.
