NIKA LAW LLP is a law firm that provides both solicitor-side and litigation estate services to clients across the GTA. We are a boutique firm in the Mississauga/Etobicoke area of 13 team members.

Role Description

This is an-site role for a Finance & Vendor Manager.

We are looking for someone to work closely with the partnership of the firm to deal with matters such as:

• Financial statement analysis
• Billing – 2ce monthly
• Accounts Receivables management & analysis
• Accounts Payable management
• Third Party vendor management of contracts
• Budgeting & Analysis

Qualifications

• Proficient skills in Bookkeeping
• Understanding of Finance for small businesses
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Certified bookkeeper designation is a plus
• Experienced in billing /AR / AP matters
